Members Present: Chadlee Johnston, Chase Coleman, Russell Jackson, Ryan Whitaker, Mihir Pankaj, Trey
Glascock, Kelli McDonald, Bud Mistry, Bradley Hilliard, Bryan Hargis, Robbie Todd, and Tim Walsworth.
Staff Present: Becky Semple, Gina Crawford.
Chadlee Johnston called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm.
Minutes: A motion to approve November minutes was made by Tim Walsworth, seconded by Bud Mistry.
Motion passed unanimously.
Financials: Russell Jackson presented the December financials. A motion to approve was made by Mihir Pankaj,
seconded by Chase Coleman. Motion passed unanimously.
Becky Semple presented a funding request for City of Pairs Winefest on April 15, 2023. Based on the scoring
criteria, a motion to approve $1750.00 was made by Tim Walsworth, seconded by Bud Mistry. Motion passed
unanimously.
Becky Semple presented a funding request for Rocket Raceway "Eiffel Tower Classic" on Feb 8-11, 2023. Based on
the scoring criteria, a motion to approve $1750.00 was made by Trey Glascock, seconded by Tim Walsworth.
Motion passed unanimously
Old Business: Becky Semple stated that TM BRA will be happening on Feb. 4-5, 2023. She also stated that the
indoor archery was a success with 210 shooters. Tower City Comedy festival is happening on Jan 27-29, 2023.
New Business: Gina Crawford stated the women's event with Renee Harvey will be on February 15. She also said
Wade Bowen is coming Feb 18, Randall King on March 30`". Lastly the UCI pump track event will be on April 29-
30`"
