The materials competitively bid include Aggregate Cover Stone (Type B, Grade 4, Uncoated); CRS -2 Emulsion Asphalt; HMAC (Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete) Type D; Hot Mix Cold Laid Asphalt, "Type "A" (Coarse Base) Material; Hot Mix Cold Laid Asphalt, Type `B" (Fine Base) Material; Hot Mix Cold Laid Asphalt, Type "D" (Fine Mixture) Material; Portland Cement Concrete "Class A" (5 sack); Portland Cement Concrete "Class C" (6 sack); Portland Cement Grout 5 sack; Portland Cement Grout 6 sack; Flexible Base Material (Red Rock) Type A; SS -1 Emulsion Asphalt (Tack Oil); Sand; Top Soil; Flexible Base Material (White Rock). STATUS OF ISSUE: The City of Paris Public Works Department has received sealed bids for street materials on March 7, 2023, and would like to award bids to the lowest responsible bidders for each material. The bid tabulation sheet is attached for details of the bids and materials, with low bids highlighted. The contract period is April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024. BUDGET: Funding is budgeted in the various Public Works Departments.
