MINUTES OF THE PARIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
REGULAR MEETING
September 8, 1999
The Paris Economic Development Corporation did not meet in regular session on
Wednesday, September 8, 1999, at 4:00 P.M., in the City Council Chambers, City
Hall, Paris, Texas, due to the fact that there was not a quorum of boardmembers
present to conduct business.
After discussion by the boardmembers present, it was their consensus to
reschedule the meeting for 9:00 A.M., Monday, September 13, 1999, in order to
conduct the required business of the Board.
