BACKGROUND
The applicant requests approval of a Final Plat for the KoBeck Addition in order to establish a plat
for development of a single family home.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat with the following conditions:
1. The called "storage shed" on the west property line shall be moved to prevent
infringement on the platted property. (Chapter 913, Section 9, 9-601)
2. A revised Preliminary Plat meeting the conditions set by P&Z shall be submitted before
filing of the Final Plat. (Chapter 9A, Section III, (1))
