Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in regular session
at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, June 12, 2023 to consider a potential residential tax abatement
agreement under the 5 in 5 Housing Infill Development Program as set forth below. The
meeting will be held at the City Council Chamber, 107 E. Kaufinan Street, in Paris, Texas.
Due to the CoVID outbreak, facemasks are encouraged for those in attendance of the meeting
in the City Council Chamber. A video feed will be available for live viewing at

1. Owner of Prol e1j City of Paris as Trustee
Applicant: Cultiv8 Communities, LLC
2. The Name and Location of the Reinvestment Zone: Investment Zone 2020-1,
encompassing the entirety of the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Texas. Properties
to be included in the abatement are:
• LCAD- 17745, 1221 NW 15a' St., City of Paris Lot 12, Block 233
• LCAD- 18376, 1351 NE 12th St., City of Paris Lot 12, Block 269
• LCAD- 13870, 133 NE 14th St., City of Paris Lot 9, Block 33-A
• LCAD- 13832, 116 NE l0a' St., City of Paris Lot 9, Block 32-B
• LCAD- 13 83 0, 1025 E Houston St., City of Paris Lot 7, Block 32-B
3 . A General Descrition of the Nature of the Improvements or RLj- : New
construction of 5 single family homes.
4. The Estimated Cost of the hn . rovements or Rgpairs: $900,000.00
