SUBJECT: Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Cal Mah Addition Lot 1,
Block A

BACKGROUND
The applicant requests approval of a Final Plat for the Cal Mah Addition in order to establish a
building site for the development of a single family home. This plat is also addressing what has
appeared on old City Assessment Maps to be an old private drive or potential ROW. Neither City
staff nor the surveyor effecting this plat have been able to locate any record of any dedication of
this ROW to the public and, with the acceptance of this plat, the City will quitclaim any use of this
area as ROW.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat as submitted.
