BACKGROUND
The applicant requests approval of a final plat for the Richardson Cherry St Addition Lot 1 Block
A in order to establish a building site for a residence.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the replat subject to the following conditions:
1. The submission to and tentative approval of a preliminary plat by the Commission shall
be... -Chapter 9A, V
a. A revised copy of the preliminary plat that meets all conditions of approval set
forth by the Planning and Zoning Commission shall be submitted.
b. Any revisions required in the approval of the preliminary plat (excepting things
not generally required on a final plat submission such as physical features) shall
also be made to the final plat.
2. An accurate boundary survey of the property... Chapter 9A, V, (7)
c. While a point of beginning (P.O.B.) is listed in the legend, the point of beginning
(P.O.B.) is not noted in the drawing.
