1. Call the Meeting to Order.
2. Verify quorum and members.
3. Citizens' forum. (Persons desiring to address the Board must limit their presentation to no more than two minutes. Unless

refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person with specific factual information.)
4. Approval of the Minutes from the June 20, 2023, meeting.
5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: To be addressed at Regular Monthly Meeting
6. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Convene into executive session pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to interview for
Executive Director position.
B. Reconvene into open session and possibly take action on matters discussed in Executive Session.
