4. Approve rninutes from the ineeting of.fune 20, 2021.- A Motion to approve this iteni was
made by Board Member Steve Sinith and seconded by Board N/leniber Beverly Johnson,
'Motion carried. 5 ayes -- 0 nays.

1 . Reconvened into open sesswn at 10.,06 a,ni. Motion was rnade to hire Flizabeth
Brooks for the exectaive director position by Chairman,'LK, Haynes and seconded
by Board Member Steve Smith, Motion carried., 5 ayes - 0 nays, Mrs. Brooks, was
told by.Jenny Wilson that she WOUld send her an eirnployment agreement within the
next 48 hours. T.K. Haynes niade a motion that the pay would beas discussed, and
Ms. Wilson told the Board that the P,dAy WOUld be inciUded in tile eniploynient
agreement,
