4. Public hearing to consider and take action on the petition of Bailey Asay, on behalf
of James Martinez, regarding variances to the City of Paris Area Regulations, on Lot
12, Block 6, of the Springlake Addition being located at 2801 E Price Street, Sections
and variances as follows:
1) 10' variance to the front yard setback on E Price Street, Section 9-
501(1).
2) 40' variance to lot depth, Section 9-301(1).
