38A, Lots 8-10

BACKGROUND
The applicant requests approval of a final plat for the Delvalle Addition, Block 38A, Lots 8-10in
order to establish a building site for a residence.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the final plat subject to the following conditions:
1. The submission to and tentative approval of a preliminary plat by the Commission shall
be a condition precedent to the preparation of a final plat. Chapter 9A, V Final Plat:
a. Any conditions of approval for the preliminary plat shall be revised before final
approval of final plat.
