SUBJECT: Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Rauda Valley, Lot 1, Block A
DATE: September 13, 2023
BACKGROUND
The applicant requests approval of a final plat for the Rauda Valley, Lot 1, Block A in order to
establish a building site for a residence.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the final plat subject to the following conditions:
1. The submission to and tentative approval of a preliminary plat by the Commission shall
be a condition precedent to the preparation of a final plat. Chapter 9A, V Final Plat:
a. Any conditions of approval for the preliminary plat shall be revised before final
approval of final plat.
2. An accurate boundary survey of the property, with bearings and distances referenced to
survey lines and established subdivisions, with complete and accurate field notes of said
boundaries. Chapter 9A, V Final Plat, (7)
a. Bearings shall be included for all property lines.
