33 - Year End Budget AmendmentsItem No. 33
Memorandum

Grayson Path, City Manager
FROM: Gene Anderson, Finance Director
SUBJECT: 2022-23 YEAR END BUDGET AMENDMENTS
DATE: September 25, 2023
BACKGROUND:
This annual year end "housekeeping" ordinance increases certain departmental budgets in the
General Fund to cover expenditures. These increases are being offset by decreasing other
departmental budgets within the General Fund that had surplus funds available. The overall
General Fund budget is not increasing. The Landfill Fund exceeded its operational budget by
$25,000. This excess will be covered by Landfill Fund reserves.
