BACKGROUND
The applicant requests approval of a Final Plat for the The North Main Plaza Addition
Block(s) A Lot(s) 1 in order to establish a building site.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat with the condition that the following issues are
addressed:
1. Chapter 9A, V Final Plat: The submission to and tentative approval of a preliminary plat
by the Commission shall be a condition precedent to the preparation of a final plat.:
a. Any conditions of approval for the preliminary plat shall be revised before
approval of the final plat.
2. Chapter 9A, IV Preliminary Plat, (9): The numbers of lots and blocks, in accordance with
a systematic arrangement...
a. The Block designation in the title block appears to contain a typo. This shall be
corrected.
3. Chapter 9A, V Final Plat, (8): Location of proposed lots, streets, alleys, easements...
a. An easement shall be dedicated over the existing sewer line on the property
being platted. If one already exists, it shall be shown on this plat.
