Susan Bellene made a motion and was seconded by Dr. Amy Hughes to convene into open
session,

Mitzie Pirtle made a motion and was seconded by Susan Bellene to approve prior
meetings minutes.

Dr. Putnam signed the public informatiofl request for food safety routine, foUow up, and

Manuais/Contrácts.fOr the term of September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2p23.
Swan BeHene and Mitzi Pirtle reviewed and approved the first Federal bank statements
ending on:
• October 31, 2022,
• November 30, 2022,
• December 31, 2012 and
• January3l, 2023
Dr. Putnam revieWed and signed the annual evaluation for Gina Prestridge.
Gina Prestridge was not available to discuss the qnthIy reports, due to a family emergency,
so reportswiII be tabled until the next meeting.
Time and place of next meeting will be Monday,Apra!17'", r023 @ 5:30 p.m.

adjourned at 5:36 p.m.
