Dr. Putnam called the meeting to order 3n open session at 5:30 p.m:
Dr. Bart Hays made a thotion and was seconded by dr. Amy Hughes into open
session. Motion carried.7 yays,0 nays.
Mitzie Pirtle made a motion and was seconded by Dr. Amy Hughes to approve
prior meetings minutes. Motion carried.7 yays, 0 nays.
Lori Cannan, CPA, advised the board that her office had finished the audit and
they had followed up ars any prior findings, and she was reporing that the Paris
Lamar CQunty Health District had no findings for the current year. The audit had
been submitted to the Clearing iHouso. Gina Pre5trldge requested 9-10 bound
copies of the audit for her office and board members.
Gina Prestridge presented the Board of Health members with the proposed
budget and Susan Bellene made the motion to approve the budget and was
seconded by dr. Myers Hurt. Motion carried. 7 yays,0 nays•

Gina Prestridge advised the board members that the Health District had TeC&Ved
their health, dental and visIon insurance rates for the upcoming year and the
medical insurance had doubled in prise. Gina Prestridgevthat
medical is currently contributing $425. each month
coverage for each employee, but with the new inCrea5e
Board of Health
employees may not be able to afford to pay the dIfferenCeS
approved for each fufl4me employee to receive a $5Q0• monthly stipend to begin
in December 2023. Each employee will be responsible for purchasing their own
insurance. Gina Prestrldge will send a cancellation notification letter to TML. Dr,

Ms. Mitzie Pirtle and Ms. Susan•Bellene reviewed and approved the first Federal
bank statements ending in:
• July 20x3
• August 2023
Dr. Hurt made the motion and was seconded by Dr. Amy Hughes to approve the
bank.statements Motion carried 7 yays,0 nays.
Ms. Gina Prestrdge advised that the Paris-Lamar County Health District total
liabilities and equity is approximately$3,00U,000.
Next quarterly meeting will be either October 1e,November nth,or December

Ms. Mitzie Pirtle made the motion and was seconded by Ms. Susan Bellene for the
