BACKGROUND
The applicant requests approval of a final plat for the Kilian Addition Final Plat Lot 1 Block A in
order to establish a legal building site for an Auto Repair Shop.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the final plat with the following condition:
1. The submission to and tentative approval of a preliminary plat by the Commission shall
be a condition precedent to the preparation of a final plat. Chapter 9A, V Final Plat:
a. Any conditions of approval for the preliminary plat shall be revised before
approval of the final plat.
