January 11, 2024
The Love Civic Center Board of the City of Paris met for a regular session at 12:15 p.m. on Thursday,
January 10, 2024, at the Love Civic Center, 2025 S. Collegiate.
Present: Board Members: Austin Anthony, Gary Flynn, Levi Graham, Russell Jackson,
Angie Briscoe, Lauren Wilson, Robert Staples, Brittany Chaidemenos, Ashley
Green, Trey Peeples, Dr. Wally Kraft, and Peggy McClaren.
City Representatives: Clayton Pilgrim.
Absent: Board Members: Brittany Johnson, Owen Jobe, Scott Avery, Hunter Jones and
Brad Ramsey.
1. Call meeting to order.
Robert Staples, Chair, called the meeting to order at 12:15 p.m.
2. Citizens' Forum.
No one present.
3. Approve minutes from the meeting of November 2023, a motion to approve this item was made by Trey
Peeples, seconded by Gary Flynn, motion carried, 12 ayes, 0 nays.
4. Receive financial report from Austin Anthony, a motion to approve this item was made by Levi Graham,
seconded by Angie Briscoe. Motion carried, 12 ayes, 0 nays.
5. Randy Nation gave up date on sign, it is a work in progress.
6. Paul Allen stated that Mike Ryan will be at the civic center on February 16 and steak wars is April 6 -7.
Keven Fowler on April 7 and Eclipse on April 8.
Adjournment.
There being no further business, A Motion to adjourn was made by Board Member Robert Staples, seconded
by Board Member Austin Anthony. Motion carried, 12 ayes — 0 nays.
Robert Staples adjourned the meeting at 12:23 p.m.
