MayorPro-Tem Pankaj reconvened City Council into open session at 6:35 p.m. Board
Chairman Bray reconvened the PEDC Board into open session 6:35 p.m. and announced there
was no action to be taken.

There being no further business, Mayor Pro -Tem Pankaj adjourned the City Council at
