BACKGROUND
The applicant requests approval of a final plat in order to construct detached structure.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the final plat with the following conditions:
No building or structure shall be hereafter located, erected, or altered to have a year yard
smaller tan herein required... ten (10) feet to the rear property line... Chapter 913,
Zoning Ordinance, (9-700, Rear Yard, 9-600, Side Yard)
a. The combination of three lots, with the home facing 6th Street to the East would
cause the rear setback along the West property line to need to change to 10 feet and
the side setback along the South to change to 5 feet.
