PENSION BOARD MEETING AGENDA

The Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund Board of Trustees will meet in the Conference Room
of Station One at 1444 North Main Street on Thursday, April 25th, 2024, at 3:00 p.m.
1. Call to order
2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additional time
may be granted. (Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the
Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, an existing
policy, or a staff person with specific, factual information.)
3. Review and approve the minutes from the February, March 2024 meeting.
4. Review and approve the March 2024 Financial Statements from Westwood.
5. Discussion on sending board members to the TLFFRA conference in Irving October 6t" thru 8th
6. Discuss Westwood returns
7. Approve payment on invoices
8. Review and take action on the correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and
Retirement Fund received after the last meeting.
9. Adjourn
