• Approval of the Minutes from Regular meeting on May 14, 2024.

6. NEW BUSINESS:
• Convene into executive session pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to interview
for EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR position.
• Reconvene into open session; possibly take action on matters discussed in Executive Session.
