4. Approve minutes from the meeting of May 06, 2024.
5. Conduct a public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Steven Smith
for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Medium Density Residential (MDR) to High
Density Residential (HDR) in the A208 E Crow Survey, Part of Tract 28, LCAD 51027,
located in the 4300 Block of Pine Mill Rd.
6. Conduct a public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Steven Smith
for a zoning change from an Agricultural District (A) to a Multiple -Family Dwelling District
No.2 (MF2) in the A208 E Crow Survey, Part of Tract 28, LCAD 51027, located in the 4300
Block of Pine Mill Rd.
7. Conduct a public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition the Crist &
Elizabeth Pshigoda Foundation for a Planned Development site plan amendment in the
Pshigoda South Addition, Block A, Lot 2, LCAD 18688, located in the 3500 Block of
Clarksville Street.
Conduct a public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of the City of
Paris to add text and definition for Community Garden in Exhibit 9B Zoning Ordinance- Use
of Land and Buildings Section 8-102 Special Uses, Section 8-201 Special Definitions as a
permitted use in the following zoning districts: Agricultural (A), Neighborhood Service (NS),
and Central Area (CA).
9. Conduct a public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of the City of
Paris for a text amendment to Exhibit 9B Zoning Ordinance Section 9B-10-111 Use of
Parking Areas.
10. Request items for future agendas.
