Call meeting to order.
2. Approval of minutes from previous meeting. November 5, 2024
Public hearing to consider and take action on the petition of Terry Martin regarding variances to
the City of Paris Accessory Building and Area Regulations, on Lot 3, Block A, of the North Park
Estates, being located at 3430 Vagas Drive. Sections and variances as follows:
1) Variance to allow a detached accessory structure in the front yard, Section 13-
101(a).
2) 13' variance to allow a detached accessory structure to be located 2' from main
structure, Section 13-101(c).
3) 20' variance to allow a detached accessory structure in the front yard creating a 5'
front setback, Section 9-501(1).
4. Adjournment.
