The Paris Firemen’s Relief and Retirement Fund Board of Trustees will meet in the Conference Room
of Station One at 1444 North Main Street on Tuesday, January 14th, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.
1. Call to order
2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additional time
may be granted. (Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the
Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, an existing
policy, or a staff person with specific, factual information.)
3. Acknowledge that no meeting was held in December 2024
4.Review and approve the minutes from theNovember2024meeting.
5. Review and approve the November and December 2024 Financial Statements from Westwood.
6. Approve refund of contributions to Austin Sugg, Kyler Bramhall, and Joey Rickman.
7. Approve Cade Oats for Board membership to replace Austin Sugg
8.Approveserviceagreement with Definiti Actuarial Services,formerly RHI
9. Approve payment on invoices
10. Review and take action on the correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters’ Relief and
Retirement Fund received after the last meeting.
11. Adjourn
