November 14, 2024
The Love Civic Center Board of the City of Paris met for a regular session at 12:15 p.m. on Thursday,
November 14, 2024, at the Love Civic Center, 2025 S. Collegiate.
Present: Board Members: Gary Flynn, Brittany Chaidemenos, Robert Staples, Patty Nix,
Bart Chadwick, Brittany Johnson, Brad Ramsey, Lauren Wilson, Chase Coleman,
Ashley Green, and Owen Jobe.
City Representatives: None.
Absent: Board Members: Wally Kraft, Levi Graham, Hunter Jones, Peggy McClaren.
1. Call meeting to order.
Robert Staples, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 12:14 p.m.
2. Citizens' Forum.
No one present.
3. Approve minutes from the meeting of September 2024, a motion to approve this item was made by Brittany
Chaidemenos, seconded by Gary Flynn, motion carried, 10 ayes, 0 nays.
4. Receive financial report from Robert Staples, a motion to approve this item was made by Chase Coleman,
seconded by Owen Jobe. Motion carried, 10 ayes, 0 nays.
5. Robert Staples stated that roof leaks still look good. He suggested we look at possibly replacing water lines,
because we continue to have leaks at RV spots. We may look at a five-year plan.
6. Gina Crawford stated the Tx BBQ Blowout is on Dec. 6-7 and the civic center is booked forDecember with
events.
Adjournment.
There being no further business, A Motion to adjourn was made by Board Member Robert Staples, seconded
by Board Member Brittany Johnson. Motion carried, 10 ayes — 0 nays.
Robert Staples adjourned the meeting at 12:19p.m.
