Mission Statement: The Historic Preservation Commission exists to promote rehabilitation of Paris'
historic assets. We strive to protect and maintain the integrity of our city's rich history. It's our goal to
enhance the use, education, enjoyment, and economic benefit of the Historic Districts by preserving its
buildings for present and future generations.

A. Paint signage on Brick

C. Discuss outside seating and alley development
Discussion and possible action on the following Certificate of Appropriateness for property
located in the HD-1 Downtown Historic District -124 S Main Street. – Kenneth Bedford.
A. Paint three 8 x 8 murals- to be painted on plywood frames and installed on the
southern interior wall. No painting will be on the brick, only on the installed boards.
