Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in regular session
at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, June 9, 2025 to consider a potential residential tax abatement
agreement as part of the 5 in 5 Housing Infill Redevelopment Program as set forth below. The
meeting will be held at the City Council Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman Street, in Paris, Texas.
A video feed will be available for live viewing at hp pis, The matters to
be discussed and acted upon are as follows:
1. Owner of Property: The Magnolia Paris, LLC
Applicant: The Magnolia Paris, LLC
2. The Name and Location of the Reinvestment Zone: Reinvestment Zone 2025-1
enconipassing the entirety of the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Texas. Properties
to be included in the abatement are:

• Magnolia Comer Addition Lot 8R, Block 115, Sth St. SE
• Magnolia Comer Addition Lot 9R, Block 115, 81h St. SE
3. A General Description of the Nature of the Improvements or Repairs: 3Duplexes far
a total of 6 dwelling units
4. The Estimated Cost of the Improvements or Repairs: $450,000.00
