CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP AGENDA <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in special session <br />at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 29, 2025. The meeting will be held at the City Council <br />Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman Street, in Paris, Texas. One or all Council Members may be <br />attending remotely by audio and/or video conference, but the feed will be available to the <br />public during the meeting. If the meeting is live streamed, it will be available at at <br />htt //g)aristexas.4,�o��/l)ublic. The matters to be discussed are as follows: <br />1. Call meeting to order. <br />2. Discuss monthly financial reports. <br />3. Discuss special projects to be funded out of the $400,000.00 received from the Solar Farm <br />Disannexation Project. <br />4. Discuss the eligibility requirements and criteria for the residential tax abatement program. <br />5. Discuss a city-wide Rental Home Inspection Program. <br />6. Discuss scheduling of future workshop sessions. <br />7.
