Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in special session
at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 29, 2025. The meeting will be held at the City Council
Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman Street, in Paris, Texas. One or all Council Members may be
attending remotely by audio and/or video conference, but the feed will be available to the
public during the meeting. If the meeting is live streamed, it will be available at at
htt //g)aristexas.4,�o��/l)ublic. The matters to be discussed are as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Discuss monthly financial reports.
3. Discuss special projects to be funded out of the $400,000.00 received from the Solar Farm
Disannexation Project.
4. Discuss the eligibility requirements and criteria for the residential tax abatement program.
5. Discuss a city-wide Rental Home Inspection Program.
6. Discuss scheduling of future workshop sessions.
7. Adjournment.
