Agenda-Special Meeting - CANCELLED - NO QUORUMCITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in special session
at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 26, 2025. The meeting will be held at the City Council
Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman Street, in Paris, Texas. One or all Council Members may be
attending remotely, but the feed will be available for live viewing at
haps://paristexas.gov/public. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Convene into executive session pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government
Code, to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation
in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental
body in negotiations with a third person.
3. Convene into open session.
4. Discuss installation of speed humps on 1"NE (next to the Boys & Girls Club) and 17" NE
between MLK Blvd. and the City Swimming Pool.
5. Discuss the Comprehensive and Parks Master Plan.
6. Discuss the proposed FY 2025-26 Budget.
7. Adjournment.
