AGENDA
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Citizens' input.
(persons desiring to address the Board must limit their presentation to no more than two minutes, and remarks must be limited to
matters of city business. Speakers will not be allowed to cede speaking time to others. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda,
the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future

If necessary, the Board of Directors may convene into Executive Session under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code
regarding any item on this agenda.
3. Approve Minutes from the Meeting on August 14, 2025.
4. Approve Residential Tax Abatement Agreement with Palma Holdings, LLC under the 5 in 5 Housing Infill
Development Program.
5. Discussion and possible action regarding the removal of Sub -Zone 4 from the TIRZ boundary.
6. Receive update regarding the Financial Projection Tool and matters relating to updating the Tool.
7. Request future agenda items.
8. Adjournment.
