Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in special session
at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 9, 2025. The meeting will be held at the City Council
Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman Street, Paris, Texas. One or all Council Members may be attending
remotely by audio and/or video conference, but the feed will be available to the public during
the meeting.
Pursuant to the Policy Procedures and Decorum for Public Meetings approved by City
Council on May 12, 2025, workshop meetings are informational only and there will be no
Citizens' Forum item on the agenda for workshops. Workshops are open meetings and
persons may attend to observe only.
The matters to be discussed are as follows:
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Discuss PJC land purchase.
3. Discuss consulting services for downtown plan.
4. Discuss downtown parking.
5. Receive presentation from Council Member Putnam about relocation of the Eiffel Tower
and discuss same.
6. Adjournment.
