The City of Paris will conduct a public hearing on Monday, October 27, 2025 at the City
Council Chamber located at 107 E. Kaufman Street, in Paris, Texas on a proposed ordinance
to amend the boundary of City of Paris, Texas Tax Increment Refinancing Zone No. 1 by
removing existing Subzone 4, which is located in the Southwest part of the City. Any
interested person may speak for or against the proposed ordinance.
