3. Public heafing to consider and take action on the petition of Todd Stephens,
regarding variances to the City of Pan's Area Regulations, Section 9-201 (1), on Lots
3A, 3B, 4A and 4B, Block 8, of the Maxey Addition being located at Parcels 130 10
and 13011. The variances are requested as follows:
e 1.28' van'ance to lot width on lot 3A, allowing a 48.72' width.
