Tuesday, November 18th, 2025 <br />The Paris Firemen's Relief and Retirement Fund Board of Trustees will meet in the Conference Room <br />of Station One at 1444 North Main Street on Tuesday, November 18th, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. <br />1. Call to order <br />2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additionaltime <br />may be granted. (Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the <br />Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, an existing <br />policy, or a staff person with specific, factual information.) <br />3. Acknowledge that no meeting was held in October. <br />4. Review and approve the minutes from the September 2025 meeting. <br />5. Approve refund of contributions to Stoney Musgrove. <br />6. Review and approve the August 2025 Financial Statements from Westwood. <br />7. Approve payment on invoices. <br />8. Review and take action on the correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and <br />Retirement Fund received after the last meeting. <br />9.
