2. Citizens' forum.
(Persons desiring to address the Planning and Zoning Commission must limit their presentation to no more than two

Open Meetings Act prohibits the Commission from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future

3. Approve minutes from the meeting of December 01, 2025.
4. Conduct a public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Zachary
Bergenholtz for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Low Density Residential (LDR)
to Medium Density Residential (MDR) on LCAD 17005, 129327, 129326. Legal
Description: JC Miles Subdivision, Block A, Lots 11, 12, 13, in the 1400 Block of SE 6th
and SE 8th Streets.
5. Conduct a public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Raymond
Peregrina on behalf of Harold Vartanian for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for Trailer
Rental, Sales or Repair in a Commercial zoning district on LCAD 17775. Legal
Description: City of Paris, Block 235, Lot 2-A, 1212 NW 19th Street.
6. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the 7 Brews Subdivision, Lot 1,
Block A, LCAD 21121, located at 3870 Lamar Ave.
7. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Stone Ridge Addition Phase 12,
Lot 45-55 of Block A and Lots 13-20 of Block D, LCAD 402032, located in the 4000 Block

8. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Fodge Addition CB59, Lot 1,
