REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF <br />TAX INCREMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE (TIRZ) NO.1 <br />CITY COUNCIL CHAMBER, 107 E. KAUFMAN STREET, PARIS, TEXAS <br />THURSDAY, JANUARY 8, 2026 <br />4:00 O'CLOCK P.M. <br />AGENDA <br />1. Call meeting to order. <br />2. Citizens' input. <br />(Persons desiring to address the Board must limit their presentation to no more than two minutes, and remarks must be limited to <br />matters of city business. Speakers will not be allowed to cede speaking time to others. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, <br />the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future <br />agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person with specific factual information. Claims against the City, Board Members, or <br />employees, including but not limited to claims in pending litigation, as well as individual personal appeals are not appropriate for <br />citizens' forum.) <br />If necessary, the Board of Directors may convene into Executive Session under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code <br />regarding any item on this agenda. <br />3. Approve Minutes from the Meeting on October 9, 2025. <br />4. Discuss and approve the FY 2024-2025 Annual Report for TIRZ No.l . <br />5. Receive update on the removal of sub -zone 4. <br />6. Receive update on the Financial Projection tool, including discussion about utilizing a more accurate growth <br />percentage and confirmation of the TIRZ fund account balance. <br />7. Receive update from City Manager and City Engineering Department Manager regarding current and future <br />projects. <br />8. Receive status update on the proposal from Chris Lambka and Associates. <br />9. Request future agenda items. <br />10.
