6. Discuss and possibly act on a Resolution recommending that City Council pass an ordinance removing Sub -
Zone 4 from the boundaries of the TIRZ Zone.
7. Receive update regarding the Financial Projection Tool and matters relating to updating the Tool.
8. Request future agenda items.
9. Adjournment.
