MINUTES OF THE PARIS VISITORS AND CONVENTION COUNCIL MEETING <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS <br />December 15, 2025 <br />The Paris Visitors and Convention Council of the City of Paris met for a regular session at <br />4:00 p.m. on December 15, 2025, at the Lamar County Chamber of Commerce board room, 8 West <br />Plaza, Paris, TX. <br />Present: Board Members: Thomas McMonagle, Brittany Iltis, Kristi Hearne, Paul Strunc, <br />Cody Head, Chadlee Johnston, Kelli McDonald, Josh Williams, Monica Clement, Anwar Scott, <br />Lindsey Bounds, and Austin Anthony. <br />City Representatives: Mihir Pankaj. <br />Absent: Board Members: Lindsey Thorns, Brandon Kellum, Bradley Hilliard, Alicia <br />Moore. <br />1. Call meeting to order. <br />Chadlee Johnston called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. <br />2. Citizens' Forum. No one present. <br />3. Approve minutes from the meeting of November 2025. A motion to approve was made <br />by Monica Clement, seconded by Thomas McMonagle. Motion carried. 12 ayes, 0 nays. <br />4. Receive financial report of November 2025, by Kelli McDonald. A motion to approve <br />was made by Thomas McMonagle, seconded by Brittany Iltis. Motion carried. 12 ayes. <br />0 nays. <br />5. DeadCat made a proposal for the marketing campaign for 25-26. A motion to approve <br />the Core Plus plan was made by Paul Strunc seconded by Lindsey Bounds. Motion <br />carried. 12 ayes. 0 nays. <br />6. Paul Allen stated that a second phase of lighting downtown has been proposed. We had <br />35 teams in the TX BBQ Blowout with approximately 15k raised for schools. <br />7. Adjourn. <br />There being no further business, A Motion to adjourn was made by Board Member Cody <br />Head seconded by Board Member Josh Williams. <br />Motion carried, 12 ayes — 0 nays. Chadlee Johnston, Chairman, adjourned the <br />meeting at 5:09 p.m. <br />
