Citizens' forum. <br />(Persons desiring to address the Planning and Zoning Commission must limit their presentation to no more than two <br />minutes. Speakers will not be allowed to cede speaking time to others. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas <br />Open Meetings Act prohibits the Commission from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future <br />agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person with specific factual information. Claims against the City, Council <br />Members, or employees, as well as individual personal appeals are not appropriate for the citizens' forum.) <br />3. Approve minutes from the meeting of January 05, 2026. <br />4. Conduct a public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Michael <br />Brothers, a Texas General Partnership for a zoning change from an Agricultural District <br />(A) to a Commercial District (C) with a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for Trailer Rental or <br />Sales on LCAD 58969. Legal Description: City of Paris, Block 307-B, Lot 5, 3705 N <br />Main St. <br />Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Tower 136 Homes Addition, Lot <br />I & 2, LCAD 16208 & 16209, previously City Block 313 lots 3 & 4, to build single family <br />homes, located at 335 & 245 West Sherman. <br />6. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Tower 136 Homes Addition, Lot I & <br />2, LCAD 16208 & 16209, previously City Block 313 lots 3 & 4, to build single family <br />homes, located at 335 & 245 West Sherman. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the 7 Brews Subdivision, Lot 1, Block A, <br />LCAD 21121, located at 3 870 Lamar Avenue. <br />Consideration of and action on the Replat of the J.C.
