CITY COUNCIL AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in regular session at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, February 23, 2026. The meeting will be held at the City Council Chamber, 107 E. Kaufinan Street, in Paris, Texas. One or all Council Members may be attending remotely, but the feed will be available for live viewing at https://paristexas.gov/ un blic. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows: Opening Agenda 1. Call meeting to order. 2. Invocation. 3. United States Pledge of Allegiance & Texas Pledge of Allegiance. 4. Citizens' forum. (Persons desiring to address the Council must limit their presentation to no more than two minutes. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Council from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person with specific factual information. Claims against the City, Council Members, or employees, as well as individual personal appeals are not appropriate for citizens' forum.) If necessary, the City Council may convene into Executive Session under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code regarding any item on this agenda. Consent Agenda Items on the Consent Agenda are approved by a single action of the Council, with such approval applicable to all items appearing on the Consent Agenda. A Council Member may request any item to be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered as a separate item. 5. Approve minutes from the meeting of February 9, 2026. 6. Receive reports and/or minutes from the following boards and commissions: a. Planning & Zoning Commission (1-5-2026) 7. Receive January 2026 monthly financial report. 8. Approve the Final Plat of the Tower 136 Homes Addition, Lot 1 & 2, LCAD 16208 & 16209, previously City Block 313 lots 3 & 4, to build single family homes, located at 335 & 245 West Sherman. 9. Approve the Final Plat of the 7 Brews Subdivision, Lot 1, Block A, LCAD 21121, located at 3870 Lamar Avenue. 10. Approve the Replat of the J.C. Miles Subdivision Lots 11-13, LCAD: 17005, 129326, 129327 to construct multi -family housing, previously J.C. Miles Subdivision Lots 11, 12, and 13 (1415 6th Street SE).
