TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, PROPERTY OWNERS, AND THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the following applicants having a proprietary interest in property
within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Texas, have filed with the City of Paris, Texas, petitions
seeking an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan and/or Zoning Ordinance No. 1710.
1. Conduct a public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Paul Stoll of Plan Z
Developments LLC for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Low Density Residential (LDR)
to Retail (R) on part of LCAD 18277 (5.97 acres). Legal Description: City of Paris, Block 259, Lot
PT of 14, N Collegiate Dr & Pine Mill Rd.
2. Conduct a public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Paul Stoll of Plan Z
Developments LLC for a Zoning Change from a One -Family Dwelling No. 2 (SF2) to Commercial
(C) on part of LCAD 18277 (5.97 acres). Legal Description: City of Paris, Block 259, Lot PT of
14, N Collegiate Dr & Pine Mill Rd.
3. Conduct a public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Paul Stoll of Plan Z
Developments LLC for a Zoning Change from Planned Development (PD) to Commercial (C) on
LCAD 121806 (8.12 acres). Legal Description: Paris Towne Crossing Addition, Block 1, Lot 6B,
N Collegiate Dr & Pine Mill Rd.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the Public Hearing will be held by and before the City
Council of the City of Paris, Texas, at 5:30 P.M. on the 23" day of March, 2026 at the City of Paris City
Hall, Council Chambers, 107 E. Kaufman Street, Paris, Texas, when and where the City Council will hear
all relevant matters and persons in connection with such petitions.
