CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP AGENDA <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in special session <br />at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, May 11, 2026. The meeting will be held at the City Council <br />Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman Street, Paris, Texas. One or all Council Members may be attending <br />remotely by audio and/or video conference, but the feed will be available to the public during <br />the meeting. <br />Pursuant to the Policy Procedures and Decorum ,for Public Meetings approved by City <br />Council on May 12, 2025, workshop meetings are informational only and there will be no <br />Citizens' Forum item on the agenda for workshops. Workshops are open meetings and <br />persons may attend to observe only. <br />The matters to be discussed are as follows: <br />1. Call meeting to order. <br />2. Discuss solar farms in the city limits and zoning. <br />3. Discuss amending the FY 2025-26 budget. <br />4.
