The Love Civic Center Board of the City of Paris met for a regular session at 12:15 p.m. on
Thursday, January 8, 2026, at the Love Civic Center, 2025 S. Collegiate.
Present: Board Members: Gary Flynn, Robert Staples, Hunter Jones, Zach Saffle,
Patty Nix, Montgomery Moore, Kelli McDonald, Levi Graham, Peggy
McClaren, Ashley Green, Brad Ramsey, and Owen Jobe.
City Representatives:
Absent: Board Members: Brittany Chaidemeno s, Bart Chadwick, and Trey Kraft.
1. Call meeting to order.
Robert Staples, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 12:15 p.m.
2. Citizens' Forum.
No one present.
3. Approve minutes from the meeting of November 2025, a motion to approve this item was made by
Levi Graham, seconded by Zach Saffle, motion carried, 12 ayes, 0 nays.
4. Receiving the financial report from Kelli McDonald, a motion to approve this item was made by
Peggy McClaren, seconded by Robert Staples. Motion carried, 12 ayes, 0 nays.
5. Randy Nation stated that the civic center had 101 events in December.
6. Paul Allen stated that all the AC's are working and we are still looking for a used trolley.
Adjournment.
There being no further business, A Motion to adjourn was made by Board Member Robert Staples,
seconded by Board Member Hunter Jones, Motion carried, 12 ayes — 0 nays.
Robert Staples adjourned the meeting at 12:56 p.m.
