MINUTES OF THE LOVE CIVIC CENTER BOARD MEETING <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS <br />March 12, 2026 <br />The Love Civic Center Board of the City of Paris met for a regular session at 12:15 p.m. on <br />Thursday, March 12, 2026, at the Love Civic Center, 2025 S. Collegiate. <br />Present: Board Members: Gary Flynn, Zach Saffle, Patty Nix, Montgomery Moore, <br />Trey Kraft, Brittany Chaidemenos, Denise Moffitt and Austin Anthony. <br />City Representatives: <br />Absent: Board Members: Bart Chadwick, Owen Jobe, Levi Graham, Hunter Jones, Robert <br />Staples, Peggy McClaren, Ashley Green and Brad <br />Ramsey. <br />1. Call meeting to order. <br />Paul Allen, President, called the meeting to order at 12:15 p.m. <br />2. Citizens' Forum. <br />No one present. <br />3. Approve minutes from the meeting of January 2026, a motion to approve this item was made by <br />Montgomery Moore, seconded by Zach Saffle, motion carried, 8 ayes, 0 nays. <br />4. Receiving the financial report from Denise Moffitt, a motion to approve this item was made by <br />Austin Anthony, seconded by Trey Kraft. Motion carried, 8 ayes, 0 nays. <br />5. Randy Nation stated that JCP commercial will be filming at the Eiffel Tower, Culinary Show and <br />Mardi Gras are all upcoming. <br />6. Paul Allen stated that all the AC's are working and we are planning to drive a trolly soon.
