NOTICE OF CONSIDERATION OF TAX ABATEMENT AGREEMENT Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Paris shall meet in regular session at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, June 22, 2026 to consider a potential residential tax abatement agreement as part of the 5 in 5 Housing Infill Redevelopment Program as set forthbelow. The matters to be discussed and acted upon are as follows: 1. Owner of Property: R4U Rentals -A2, LLC -Series E Applicant: R4U Ventures, LLC (Michael White) 2. The Name and Location of the Reinvestment Zone: Reinvestment Zone 2025-1 encompassing the entirety of the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Texas. Properties to be included in the abatement are: • LCAD# 17766, City of Paris Block 234, Lots 27-36, NW 17th St. 3. A General Description of the Nature of the Improvements or Repairs: New construction of ten (10) single family homes. 4. The Estimated Cost of the Improvements or Repairs: $2,000,000.00.
