Call to order <br />2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additional time <br />may be granted. (Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the <br />Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, an existing <br />policy, or a staff person with specific, factual information.) <br />3. Acknowledge no meeting was held in May <br />4. Review and approve the minutes from the April 2026 meeting. <br />5. Review and approve the April and May 2026 Financial Statements from Westwood. <br />6. Approve refund of contributions for Kobe Dixon and Dreyton McCarthy <br />7. Review and take action on recommendations from Westwood Financial <br />8. Approve payment on invoices. <br />9. Review and take action on the correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and <br />Retirement Fund received after the last meeting. <br />10.
