than two minutes. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act
prohibits the Board from responding to any comments other than to referthe matterto a
future agenda, to an existing policy, orto a staff person with specificfactual information.

If necessary, the Paris Economic Development Corporation may convene into Executive
Session under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code regarding any item on this
agenda.
5. Discuss and Consider Approval of May 19, 2026, Meeting Minutes
6. Discuss and Consider Approval of April and May 2026 Financial Statements
7. Update and Discussion on 2026-2027 Draft Budget
8. Update and Discussion on 2023-2025 PEDC Plan of Work
9. Convene into Executive Session:
Pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to
(1) discuss or deliberate regarding commercial or financial information that the
governmental body has received from a business prospect that the governmental body
seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body
and with which the governmental body is conducting economic development
negotiations; or
(2) to deliberate the offerof a financial or other incentive to a business prospect described
by Subdivision (1), to wit:
• Project Red Maple 2
• Project Blue Fire
• Project Black Hawk
II. Pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code to discuss and deliberate the
purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.
III. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government code, Consultation with Attorney,
to receive legal advice from Board's Attorney about (1) pending or contemplated litigation
and/or (2) on matters in which the duty of an attorney to his client under the Texas
Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflict with this
chapter.
10. Reconvene into Open Session and ConsiderAction on Item(s) Discussed in the Executive Session
11. Discuss Future Agenda Items
