Call meeting to order.
2. Citizens' forum.
(Persons desiring to address the Planning and zoning Commission must limit their presentation to no more than two
minutes. Speakers will not be allowed to cede speaking time to others. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas
Open Meetings Act prohibits the Commission from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future
agenda, to an existing policy, or to a stab' person with specific factual information. Claims against the City, Council

3. Approve minutes from the Regular Meeting of August 03, 2026 and Special Meeting of
August 19, 2026.
4. Conduct a public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Candra
Wyatt Posey on behalf of Gary Waite for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for a Tattoo Shop
in the Central Area District (CA) on LCAD 13693. Legal Description: City of Paris,
Block 14, Lot 1, 13 SW 1St Street.
5. Conduct a public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Bryan
Luckett for zoning change from an Agricultural District (A) to a Commercial District (C)
on LCAD 50064. Legal Description: City of Paris, Block 306-C, Lot PT of 5, 4080 N Main
Street.
6. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Dusenberry Properties #2
Addition, Lot 1, Block A, LCAD 50116, located in the 4300 Block of N Main Street.
7. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Dusenberry Properties #2 Addition,
Lot 1, Block A, LCAD 50116, located in the 4300 Block of N Main Street.
Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Lake Crook Sub Addition, Lot 1, Block
